1. Legal Drinking Age

Hyperstar Bottle Shop sells alcohol in accordance with Victorian liquor laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID must be provided upon delivery or pickup. Orders will be refused if age verification cannot be completed.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

We practice responsible service of alcohol at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery if:

  • The recipient is intoxicated
     
  • Alcohol is suspected to be purchased on behalf of a minor
     
  • Legal requirements are not met
     

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may:

  • Limit quantities per order
     
  • Substitute unavailable items where permitted
     
  • Correct pricing or product description errors
     

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise
     
  • Prices may vary between in-store and delivery platforms
     
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering
     

5. Delivery-Only Orders

For delivery orders:

  • Alcohol cannot be left unattended
     
  • The recipient must be 18+ and present valid photo ID
     
  • Orders may be cancelled without refund if ID is not provided
     
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
     

6. Uber Eats / DoorDash / Third-Party Platforms

When ordering through third-party delivery services (including Uber Eats or DoorDash):

  • Platform terms and conditions also apply
     
  • Prices and promotions may differ from in-store pricing
     
  • Delivery performance is managed by the platform, not Hyperstar Bottle Shop
     
  • Refunds or disputes must be raised through the relevant delivery platform
     

Hyperstar Bottle Shop is not responsible for platform outages, delivery delays, or driver conduct.

7. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
     
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products
     
  • Proof of purchase is required
     

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperstar Bottle Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the purchase or misuse of alcohol.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
